Welcome!
To the Nordic Youth Chess Championships 2020, hosted by Dansk Skak Union, Sydjysk Hovedkreds and Fredericia Skakforening – welcome to the city of Fredericia!
Location and accommodation
The tournament and the accommodation will be at the Best Western Plus Hotel Fredericia.
The hotel in Fredericia is located 51.8 km (about 45 minutes) away from Billund Airport. And Copenhagen Airport is 216 km (about 2 hours and 10 minutes) away.
Extra facilities: Free admission to swimming, spa and fitness areas at the Fredericia Sport Centre, opposite of the hotel – bring your own swim and training outfit. Vouchers are available at the reception of the hotel.
Transportation
We will provide transportation between Billund Airport and the hotel upon arrival and departure. However, we do not provide transportation from/to Copenhagen Airport! There are direct trains to/from Fredericia. Use Rejseplanen to find your way.

Costs
The Danish Chess Federation covers the accommodation and food for two players in each group and one team leader from each country – 1 * single room, 2 * double rooms and 2 * triple rooms.
The cost for accompanying persons with full board, are as follow…

| Double rooms – per person | DKK 2.700 |
| Single room | DKK 3.600 |
Payment
Accompanying persons have to pay their national federation, which in return will be invoiced by the organiser.
Registration
The deadline for the registration is on Monday 13 January, 2020.
